Happy Birthday Luke!
We celebrated Luke’s 8th birthday today. This morning I woke up thinking about how my day started 8 years ago. Contractions, packing bags, calling parents and Matheau driving me to the hospital. Today started with blueberry waffles (much easier than labor). After breakfast I think the day just got better, family, Justice League cartoons, lots of good food, a Nerf gun war at Redlogic, mini cheesecakes and white butter cake with a vanilla bean frosting. A Luke-kind-of-day.
