If you don’t know, Luke is creating art all the time now!! I’ve caught him in his closet and the bathroom drawing when he was supposed to be going to bed several times in the last month. 🙂 Anyway, Luke made a cool Lion mask today. To hold the mask on his face he found a broken rubber band that he ran through 2 holes he made on the sides of the plastic plate. (I hope that makes sense.) Matheau told him that he needed to make a bunch to sell on e-bay. Luke’s response, “Ok, but I will need you to buy a lot more broken rubberbands.”

Tonight we went swimming and the pool requires young kids to swim 50 meters in the deep end (10 feet deep) to be able to jump off the diving board. Hannah swam it!! It is quite an accomplishment. She celebrated with a jump off of the diving board.

Yesterday I asked Hannah if she had practiced piano yet for the day. Her reply, “Mom, time goes so fast, I wish I had a million hours to get everything done.” I feel the same way. {grin}
