Did you know?

Luke likes to tell me letters and ask me what he spelled.
Alli likes to say “you’re the best.”
If Liz doesn’t have shoes on, she’ll follow me around with a pair until she does.
Hannah makes sure she gets piano practice in so she still has art time everyday.

Exciting weekend.

Last Sunday, Hannah was baptized. She has been asking us for a looong time. After talking to our Pastor a few times about it. We all felt she was ready. Some of the Grandparents and Great-Grandparents were able to make it. I’ll post a few more photos when I get a chance.

Christmas lights!!! I’ll try to get a picture in the next day or two so you can see how awesome Matheau did putting them up. Using his new ladder of course. 🙂

We did a little shopping today…

We spent a lot of time to do a little shopping. Matheau found what he wanted right away though. I pulled the photo from toolup.com but he found it at home depot. [grin] He has waited a LONG time for this one.

I picked up a few things for Christmas gifts. Started working on putting some together tonight. A fun time for me. And bonus, Matheau fixed my dryer this morning. I’ve got more laundry then I can handle right now, but at least I’ve started the catch up process. Thankfully, Mom helped me when we were at their place last Tuesday. More then help, she did all the laundry I had brought. Thank you Mom.

New banner!!!

I finally figured how to change it! Also some other great news – Nancy had her baby Tuesday evening. Kira has arrived and I only wish I could see her personally. But photos will do until February. 🙂

Hannah is going to be baptized November 27, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We are all excited about the big day. If you are close enough to come-we would love to have you here.

And Luke is going to have a preschool Christmas program December 18th, in the morning, you are welcome to come and see him as well. 🙂

Did you know?

That Alli loves to pretend she is Cinderella. She has her cinderella costume and if she is not changing into that one, she is changing into something other then her plain old “day clothes.” Throughout any average day she changes around six times. day clothes, dress up clothes, dress clothes, play clothes, a different dress she manages to get out of the closet… If the house is quiet, she probably is changing. Too bad she hates having her picture taken’ lately. Or I would give you the run down of a day… I may try to do that one of these days. [grin]

Grass stains.

I asked Hannah if she would change her pants before co-op. Her reply, and I quote, “Aren’t grass stains good for you? I think I heard that they were.”

I would like to call her “sugar baby”.

This is what happens when you let a one year old in the kitchen by herself. Especially one as busy as Elizabeth. She crawled up the stairs and all of a sudden I hear “Moomm!” I ran up the stairs to find Elizabeth had found a sack of powdered sugar.
